VelossaTech sells custom 3D-printed automotive parts. 15+ vehicle brands, 28+ body colors, 6 flare shapes, optional LED kits. No two orders are the same. Every single one needs to hit a Google Sheet with the exact right production specs before a printer starts.

At 400+ orders per month, that meant someone typing every order by hand. Five minutes each. Reading Shopify, translating color names to shorthand, building composite SKUs, splitting multi-item orders into separate production lines.

35 hours a month of pure data entry. And when December hit 549 orders, the process broke. One wrong color code means a part gets printed wrong, wasting material, time, and a customer's patience.

I built an automation that connects Shopify to the production sheet the team already uses. No new tools. No retraining. Orders just started appearing, correctly formatted, without anyone touching them.

The system handles everything: 28+ color mappings, composite SKU generation, multi-item order splitting, cancellation detection, shipping tracking, cross-month boundary orders, and edge cases that would take a human 10 minutes to untangle.

Built in a weekend. Deployed on their infrastructure. No monthly retainer, no vendor lock-in. They own it completely.
